Marketing scope:

This project delivers a modern, energy-efficient HVAC upgrade designed to improve air quality, occupant comfort, and system reliability. We replaced outdated mechanical equipment with high-performance heat recovery ventilators, high-efficiency condensing boilers, and advanced infra-red heaters—significantly reducing energy consumption while maximizing indoor environmental quality.

To support the new systems, we provided all necessary structural modifications and roofing work, ensuring a seamless and durable installation. The project also included upgraded electrical services to power the new mechanical equipment, along with enhancements to the building’s digital control systems.

As part of our commitment to occupant safety and system intelligence, we integrated advanced CO/NOx monitoring and logging systems—delivering real-time air quality data and improved control for building operators.
