NRG Management is located and working on Treaty One lands the original territories of the Anishinaabe (Ojibwe, Chippewa, Salteaux), as well as the Manitoba lands of the Nehetho/Cree (Ininiw, Nihithaw, Nehiyawak), Anisininew (Oji-Cree), Dakota Oyate, Denesuline, and the homeland of the Red River Métis.

Our Story

Every company has a story. Ours begins in 1993 when our President - Bill Rodger - realized that all mechanical/electrical contractors are actually eNeRGy efficiency companies. The core value we provide to our clients are building systems that provide efficiency, comfort and reliability while balancing with capital costs and serviceability. Today, NRG is a one stop shop for the Industrial, Commercial, Multi-Residential and Institutional Sectors (ICI), and thanks to our highly qualified team of construction professionals we are ahead of the curve on quality, timeliness, and cost control.

Our story is simple: we don't accept the easy answers; we became green builders before it was trendy, and we use energy conservation to save our clients' money wherever feasible on every project, every time. It's a philosophy we've come to call:
