Delivering high-performance infrastructure across five residential buildings (D, E, F, G & W), this project features a full-scale upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems — engineered for efficiency, reliability, and long-term value.

At the heart of the modernization is the installation of high-efficiency boilers and a new hydronic distribution system, tailored to meet the heating demands of each building. New in-line pumps, speed rotors, expansion valves, and mixing valves are being integrated to optimize system control and flow performance.

Supporting this mechanical transformation is a newly designed electrical system, purpose-built to power and protect all upgraded components with maximum efficiency.
