We’re transforming building performance with a full mechanical overhaul designed for maximum efficiency and reliability. This upgrade begins with the removal of existing boilers, hot water tanks, hydronic pumps, and piping — making way for the installation of state-of-the-art high-efficiency boilers, a new hot water tank, and advanced pumping systems with precision control valves.

A new rooftop unit (RTU) and ductwork system are replacing outdated equipment, ensuring enhanced air distribution and climate control. Supporting these mechanical upgrades are all-new electrical systems, modern controls, and a fully updated fire alarm network.

In addition, a brand-new glycol system is being introduced, complete with energy-efficient pumps, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and professional-grade insulation — delivering long-term durability and performance.
