We’re elevating comfort and efficiency with a full upgrade of the existing HVAC system. This modernization features the installation of advanced air handling units (AHUs), paired with new Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to deliver precise, energy-efficient climate control throughout the facility.

To further enhance cooling performance across the building and hangar areas, new high-performance condensing units have been integrated. Supporting this mechanical overhaul is a newly installed electrical distribution system and upgraded fire alarm infrastructure, purpose-built for the HVAC enhancements.

A cutting-edge Direct Digital Control (DDC) system ties it all together, offering smart, responsive management of the new mechanical components — ensuring optimal performance, reduced energy consumption, and long-term reliability.
