This project showcases a comprehensive mechanical upgrade designed to enhance energy efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance. We’re replacing two aging gas-fired rooftop air handling units with modern, energy-efficient hydronic air handling units, strategically relocated to grade level for easier access and maintenance.

 

To support the new system, we’re delivering a robust infrastructure package—including custom structural steel framing and thoughtful landscaping to ensure seamless site integration. The hot water heating loop is being upsized to handle increased capacity, and we’re introducing a state-of-the-art glycol system, complete with circulation pumps, heat exchangers, and full thermal insulation for optimal performance.

Our scope also includes all electrical and control work to bring the new system online, ensuring smooth integration with the building’s automation systems for precise, efficient climate control.
