We’re proud to unveil the comprehensive retrofit of the MMF Headquarters — a full-scale modernization project designed to elevate performance, efficiency, and sustainability. This transformative upgrade includes the complete replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems, featuring the installation of high-efficiency boilers, hot water tanks, pumps, chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), heat recovery ventilators (HRVs), variable air volume (VAV) systems, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) for existing air handling units.

We’ve upgraded circulating pumps and perimeter heating systems for optimal climate control, while the electrical infrastructure has been completely overhauled with a new distribution system, fire alarm, CSTE upgrades, sprinkler system, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.

Sustainability is at the core of this project: a new 3.6kW photovoltaic (PV) system now powers the building directly, complemented by a Solar Wall to provide renewable thermal heating.

Interior enhancements include fully renovated washrooms with new urinals, sinks, and modern accessories, a new Direct Digital Control (DDC) system for smarter building management, elevator upgrades, triple-glazed windows, automated blinds, and refreshed ceilings with new T-bar systems.
