Marketing scope:

This mechanical project involves a complete modernization of the facility’s heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable design. Existing rooftop heating and cooling units will be replaced with high-efficiency electric models to improve performance and reduce environmental impact. The project also includes the installation of solar ducting systems to preheat both the hallway and kitchen make-up air units, allowing the building to take advantage of renewable energy and significantly lower heating demand. In addition, the existing gas dryers will be replaced with new electric units to enhance safety and reduce emissions. Comprehensive testing and balancing will be performed to ensure that all systems operate at optimal levels, and fire alarm verification and inspection will be carried out to maintain full compliance with safety standards. The work is supported by complete mechanical design and engineering services, ensuring all upgrades are seamlessly integrated into the facility.
