This project involved the full plumbing and electrical installation for a new 30-unit, three-storey apartment building—designed to meet the demands of modern multi-residential living with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Our team delivered a complete plumbing system including domestic water distribution, drainage, and venting systems, as well as rough-ins and final connections for kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry facilities across all units.

On the electrical side, we provided full service installation—from main service entry to individual suite panels—along with power distribution, lighting, life safety systems, and provisions for internet and communications. All systems were installed to current code standards and designed for seamless integration with the building’s overall infrastructure.
