The scope began with the safe demolition and removal of outdated equipment, including boilers, chillers, hydronic piping, controls, ductwork, electrical components, and asbestos-containing materials. Our team followed all environmental and safety protocols to ensure a clean, compliant transition.

We then installed a fully modernized system featuring high-efficiency condensing boilers, air-cooled chillers, new circulation pumps, a reengineered hydronic piping network, precision ductwork, and advanced digital controls. The result is a high-performing HVAC system tailored for optimal comfort, energy savings, and operational control.
